Senior Program Analyst, Atlanta
Mr. Ernie Seckinger (M.A., University of Georgia) has over 30 years of experience in cultural resources management and archeology over much of the United States. He was for 30 years an archaeologist for the Mobile District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and was there responsible for all components of historic preservation, projects done under the authority of the National Historic Preservation Act Section 106 and Section 110. For the last 4 years of that position, he served as the nationwide cultural resources program manager for the Army BRAC (Base Closure and Realignment) NEPA Support Team.
As Senior Program Analyst at Brockington, Ernie supports all managers through detailed review of all active projects using our OTIS management system. He also assists in technical archaeology and history research as needed, and provides support for tribal consultation, project design, and client development.
