Brockington's designers and graphics specialists attended a one day training course about analytical design. The course, presented by Edward Tufte, covered topics such as presenting statistical data, interface design, scientific presentations, and information graphics. In attendance: Sally Brockington, Inna Burns, Damon Jackson, Erik Mischker, Ambrose Hoilman, and Gitisha Goel. John Cason and Callie McLean previously attended this course.

Ed Salo was selected as an honorable mention recipient of this year's National Council on Public History Consultant Award. He will be recognized for his work on Friday, April 11, at the NCPH Presidential Luncheon.

Sally Brockington and Dea Mozingo were the opening general session speakers for the Georgia Convention and Visitors Bureau's Winter Meeting in Forsyth, Georgia on February 18. The presentation was titled "Getting Started in Interpretive Planning."
