Mr. Glenn David Strickland (B.A., University of South Alabama; M.A., University of Mississippi) serves as an archaeologist and project manager in our Atlanta office. His research has primarily focused on the integration of excavation data with geophysical renderings of subsurface anomalies. His Master’s thesis, “Multidimensional Visual Testing of a Mississippian Mound,” focused primarily on Parchman Place Mounds, a Mississippian cultural community located near Clarksdale, Mississippi. Mr. Strickland has worked throughout Mississippi and the Southeastern United States in an assortment of capacities related to Cultural Resource Management. He received the Geological Honors Award from the University of South Alabama and was awarded the Southeastern Archaeological Conference Book Prize with his paper, “The Archaeological Unifying Constant Interpretations of a Late Mississippian Mound Group through Digital Spatial Modeling.” Mr. Strickland is a member of the Register of Professional Archaeologists.
